Balanse Set is a combination of vitamins, minerals and biologically active substances selected according to the individual needs of your body and your lifestyle. The combinations are developed so that they supply your body with the amount-base of required substances, the energy levels required throughout the day and maintain the balance of the body’s vital functions. A total of 13 different combinations are available: Combination No. 1: A woman who is working and training intensely and who leads an active lifestyle. She often faces stressful situations. She has irregular eating habits. She suffers from PMS symptoms.  She has brittle nails and hair and dry skin. Combination No. 2: A middle-aged man or woman leading a sedentary lifestyle. They eat high-fat foods and have irregular eating habits. They may be diagnosed with a high cholesterol level in their blood and increased arterial blood pressure. They suffer from headache, insomnia and muscle cramps. Combination No. 3: A man or a woman (in their forties) leading a passive and sedentary lifestyle. They have irregular eating habits. They have a history of joint or bone diseases in their family. Sometimes they suffer from fatigue, loss of appetite, joint and muscle pains and morning stiffness. Combination No. 4: A woman aged thirty and older. She leads a rather active lifestyle; she works out and likes working in her harden. She often suffers from acute viral diseases.  She may have inflammatory gynaecological diseases. She experiences chronic fatigue, nervousness and insomnia. Combination No. 5: A man or a woman aged fifty and older. They do not do sufficient physical activity. They suffer from chronic respiratory diseases. They experience headache, fatigue and nervousness. They have a history of cardiovascular diseases in their family. Combination No. 6: A woman over 35 years old. She does not do sufficient physical activity. She has irregular eating habits and suffers from stress. She has been diagnosed with a high cholesterol level in the blood and increased arterial blood pressure. She suffers from PMS (premenstrual syndrome) symptoms. She has brittle nail and hair and dry skin. Combination No. 7: A man or a woman (in their late adulthood years). They have been diagnosed with high levels of cholesterol in their blood and/or increased arterial blood pressure.  They eat high-fat foods and do little physical activity. They rather often suffer from infectious diseases. They experience headache, dizziness and general weakness. Combination No. 8: A man or a woman aged thirty or older. They face many stressful situations. They have a sedentary job. They suffer from joint, muscle and back pains. They may be diagnosed with joint pathology. Combination No. 9: A woman in her fifties. She has irregular eating habits and does not eat enough vegetables, fruits and fish products. She often suffers from acute infectious diseases. She has recurrent gynaecological conditions. She experiences headache and general weakness. Combination No. 10: A young man or a young woman. They lead an active lifestyle and work out. They often experience stressful situations. They suffer from infectious diseases which lead to the necessity to use antibiotics. Sometimes they suffer from general weakness, mood swings, headache, insomnia and chronic fatigue. Combination No. 11: A woman in her thirties who has a sedentary job and who does insufficient physical activity. She has irregular eating habits. Sometimes she suffers from joint pain, morning joint stiffness and more seldom – swelling and redness. She has a history of joint and bone system diseases in her family. Combination No. 12: A man or a woman aged 45 or older. They do insufficient physical activity and have irregular eating habits. They have been diagnosed with joint diseases. They often suffer from acute infectious diseases. Combination No. 13:  A woman under 55 years old. She works actively and experiences stress. She suffers from recurrent gynaecological diseases which lead to the necessity to use antibiotics. She experiences general weakness and lack of energy.
